How much does it cost?
It depends on the job. A quick photo touch-up costs far less than a full website. Email me with the details and you'll get a free, fixed quote before any work begins.
How do I send you my files?
Small files can be attached to an email. For larger photos or videos, a link from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or WeTransfer works well.
How long does it take?
Most photo edits are back within a day or two. Video and web projects vary, and your quote will include an expected timeframe.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Tell me what you'd like changed. Reasonable revisions are included, and I'll work with you until it's right.
Do you only work with people in Melbourne?
No. Everything is done online, so I can work with clients anywhere in Australia and beyond.
Will you keep copies of my files?
Only as long as needed to finish the job and handle any follow-up tweaks. Just ask, and I'll permanently delete everything once you're happy.
