We can work with digital files directly from your camera or you can upload scans from your prints.
Ensure your files are saved in JPEG format @ 300 dpi (resolution)
Rename your file (use Surname or Business name) and an image number using lower case, eg smith_01.jpeg
Scans should be the same size (in cms/inchs) as the final print you require.
Files more than 10 megabytes in size should be burned to CD and sent via Post

Minor Restoration $33
Remove minor blemish, small scratches & cracking, spots, flyaway hair, under eye bags. Basic colour correction, lighten or darken area or whole image.

Medium Restoration $44
Includes everything listed in Minor Restoration plus moderate skin smoothing, eye & teeth whitening, minor reconstruction of image with up to 4 people, removal of up to 2 people

Major Restoration $55
Includes everything listed in Medium Restoration plus medium reconstruction of image with up to 4 people, and new backround (to be supplied), convert B&W to colour.

Extreme Restoration
A badly damaged photograph or if there are more than 4 people in the picture

Email Transmission
We can work from digital files directly from your camera or scans from prints.

Send images in JPG format
Save your photo files in .JPG format using the "Max quality" setting. The .JPG format compresses file size for email transmission without affecting the image too much so you can attach a few images in one email or you might be necessary to send two emails.

File size
Your Internet Service Provider may only allow file transmission no larger than 3mgs and web mail such as Yahoo or Hotmail, usually allow attachements no larger than 2mgs.

Scan in RGB mode
Even if your original is black-and-white, scan original in RGB mode.

Make sure your scan resolution is set at 300 DPI. The scan must be the same size as the final print you require.

Sending photos or CDs by Post
Pack your photographs carefully in a rigid envelope with a piece of hard cardboard to prevent any bending and mark envelope on both sides ' PHOTOS - DO NOT BEND '.
Do not use paper clips or tape on your photos. Mail your photos along with any instructions to:
